窄谱中波紫外线联合润燥止痒胶囊、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线联合润燥止痒胶囊、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗血虚风燥型玫瑰糠疹临床疗效。方法 72例符合中西医玫瑰糠疹诊断标准的患者随机分为两组。对照组34例,予窄谱中波紫外线隔日照射1次;治疗组38例,窄谱中波紫外线联合口服润燥止痒胶囊4粒/次,3次/d;两组均同时口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5mg,1次/d,20d为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为89.47%,对照组为70.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用窄谱中波紫外线联合润燥止痒胶囊、盐酸左西替利嗪治疗血虚风燥型玫瑰糠疹效果好,副作用小。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pityriasis rosea treated by narrow-band uhraviolet B combined with rnnzaozhiyang capsule and levocetirizine dihydrochloride. Methods Seventy-two patients with pityriasis rosea were randomized into treatment group and control group. The 54 patients in control group took only narrow-band ultraviolet B once two days. The 38 patients in treatment group took narrow-band uhraviolet B and 4 runzaozhiyang capsules three times. Two groups were given 5mg levocetirizine dihydrochloride orally once a day and whole treatment lasted for 20 day. Results The effective rates were 89.47% in treatment group and 70.59% in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion NaTow-band ultraviolet B combined with runzaozhiyang capsule and levocetirizine dihydrochloride has significant curative effects and good safety to clinical use.
