摘 要:目的:研究长期高强度噪声环境对军队机务人员血压的影响。方法:观察组为708名机务人员,对照组为356名男学员,比较两组血压水平及相关因素的差异;观察组按工作年限进行亚组分析。结果:①观察组平均收缩压与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但舒张压、高血压检出率、高血压前期检出率均存在统计学差异(77.9±7.8 vs 75.8±6.9;5.1%vs1.4%;9.7%vs 4.8%;P<0.05);②观察组亚组之间平均收缩压无明显差异,舒张压、高血压及高血压前期发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:长期高强度噪声暴露对机务人员血压有不利影响,以舒张压升高为特点。Objective:To investigate the effect of long-term high intensity noise on blood pressure of military airplane service staff.Methods: Observation group(OG) consisted of 708 air force airplane service personnel while control group(CG) included 356 male postgraduate students.Mean SBP,DBP,incidence of hypertension and pre-hypertension were analyzed in these two groups and subgroups.Results: Except for the mean heart rate(74.6±5.8 vs 71.3±5.3,P0.05),there was no significant difference in other relative factors between OG and CG.No significant difference was found between OG and CG for the mean SBP,but the mean DBP,incidence of hypertension and pre-hypertension in OG group was significantly higher than those in CG(77.9±7.8 vs 75.8±6.9;5.1% vs 1.4%;9.7% vs 4.8%;P0.05).Besides,Subgroup analysis reveals that the mean DBP,incidence of hypertension and pre-hypertension in OG were significantly different from those of CG.Conclusion:Long-term high intensity noise may lead to the increase of blood pressure in air force airplane service staff and bring the risk of hypertension and pre-hypertension.
