乳腺钙化在乳腺钼靶诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺内钙化在乳腺良恶性病变中的X诊断价值。方法经病理证实的,乳腺X线摄影确认的60例钙化病例,回顾性分析其钙化的形态、大小、分布等特点。结果 60例乳腺钙化病例中,良性病变为35例,恶性病变25例。结论乳腺内钙化的表现形式有助于乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断。Objective To study the diagnostic value of X-ray molybdenum target for calcification in breast benign and malignant ailment. Methods 60 cases who had been received breast X-ray and proved by pathology were reviewed,and the shape of calification in the breast was analyzed. Results In the 60 cases with the breast calification,the number of benign ailment was 35 cases and that of malignant ailment was 25 cases. Conclusion The shape of calification in the breast could help to make diagnoses between benign and malignant ailwent.
