摘 要:目的探讨电磁导航系统在CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检术中的应用价值。方法对30例患者(研究组)应用IG4电磁导航系统行CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检术,并评价电磁导航系统的图像瞄准精度。另选50例接受常规CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检术的患者作为对照组,记录并比较两组的穿刺时间。结果研究组中29例患者在穿刺过程中成功应用电磁导航系统,另1例系统出现错误;电磁导航图像瞄准精度<5mm 25例,5~10mm 3例,>10mm 1例;穿刺耗时7~15min,平均(10.63±2.34)min。对照组50例患者在常规CT引导下均成功完成穿刺;穿刺耗时10~20min,平均(14.88±3.29)min。两组患者穿刺时间差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.88,P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检术中应用电磁导航系统可明显缩短穿刺时间,且有助于提高穿刺准确性,但操作过程中需重视操作规范。Objective To assess the clinical value of electromagnetic navigation system in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods Totally 80 patients underwent CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy.The electromagnetic navigation system was used in 30 cases(study group) during puncture,while conventional CT guided method was performed in 50 cases(control group).The aiming accuracy of electromagnetic navigation image was studied,and the operation time of the two groups was recorded and compared.Results Electromagnetic navigation system was used successfully in 29 cases but unsuccessfully in 1 case.Image aiming accuracy was less than 5 mm in 25 cases,5—10 mm in 3 cases and more than 10 mm in 1 case,respectively.Conventional CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy was successfully performed in all 50 cases of control group.The operation time was(10.63±2.34)min in study group and(14.88±3.29)min in control group,respectively,and statistical difference was found between the two groups(χ2=3.88,P0.05).Conclusion Using electromagnetic navigation system can shorten the operation time of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy and improve the puncture accuracy.Sufficient attentions should be paid to the rules of operating.
