摘  要:通过数值模拟研究了坯料结构对轴盖挤压成形过程中凸模承受载荷的影响。三种坯料结构对应的载荷最大值分别为9301300、113570和9948070N,3#空心坯料结构有利于零件成形。分析了轴盖温挤压成形过程中金属流动特点,金属先流动成形有两个凸环结构的底部,然后成形轴盖零件的其他部位,整个成形过程金属流动顺利。成形工艺方案合理可行。Effects of the stress of billet structure on die were studied through numerical simulation.The corresponding maximum stress of top die were 9301300N,113570 and 9948070N.The structure of the number 3,hollow billet was fit for forming the shaft cover.The trait of metal following was analyzed.The structure of bottom including two convex rings was formed firstly and then the other parts of the shaft cover were formed.The metal flow is smooth during the whole forming process.The process is reasonable and feasibility.
