摘  要:研究了锻造比、锻造温度和锰含量对锻造锰白口铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当锰含量为5%~7%,锻造温度低于1040℃,锻造比大于40%时,锻造所引起的机械变形将促进马氏体转变,使合金的硬度提高。超出该Mn含量和锻造温度会使残余奥氏体含量增加,导致硬度下降;冲击韧性随锻造比和Mn含量的增加而提高;高应力磨料磨损的耐磨性也随Mn含量的增加而提高。The effects of Mn content,forging temperature and reduction ratio on the microstructure and performance of forged white cast iron were studied.The results show that with 5 wt%~7wt% Mn content,forging temperature lower than 1040℃,reduction ratio larger than 40%,the mechanical deformation due to forging can promote the martensite transformation,lead to the hardness increase.Forging above the Mn content and forging temperature,the amount of residual austenite increases,causing the decrease of hardness.The impact toughness can increase with the increase of reduction ratio and Mn content.The wear resistance under high stress abrasive wear increases as the increase of Mn content.
