摘  要:以含铌和钛热轧双相钢为研究对象,在热模拟机MMS-200上研究了变形量对该钢中第二相粒子析出行为的影响。通过显微组织观察发现,该钢呈现明显的双相特征,组织为铁素体和少量马氏体。随着变形量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,第二相粒子尺寸明显减小且析出增多,分布比较弥散。尺寸大的粒子呈方形,含铌量多,含钛量少。Effects of reduction on the second-phase particle precipitation of the hot rolled dual-phase Nb and Ti-bearing steel were studied on MMS-200.It is found that the dual-phase steel displays clearly classic dual phase morphology which is ferrite and martensite by the observation of micro-structures.The grain sizes are smaller;the size of the second-phase particles is clear smaller and the quantity of the precipitated second-phase particles are increased and dis persed with the decrease of its dimensions.The size of larger particles is square and they contain higher Nb and lower Ti.
