摘　　要：在35MN快锻机上,通过采用FM锻造工艺方法,成功生产出718H钢的800mm×1300mm大尺寸模块。结果表明,FM锻造法工艺合理可行;毛坯超声波探伤95%以上达到了GB/T4162-B级要求,很好地解决了大尺寸模具钢中心疏松问题。The 800mm × 1300mm module of 718H steel was made successful with the 3500 t quick forging machine,using FM forging process method.The results show that the forging process is reasonable and feasible;the ultrasonic of blanks more than 95% meet GB / T4162-B level requirements.The center porosity problem of large size mold steel was solved well.
