摘　　要：研究了原热锻模制作工艺及使用情况,找到了热锻模发生早期断裂的原因,并提出了提高热锻模使用寿命的措施。The original forging die manufacture craft and the service condition were studied. The early break reason for hot forging die was studied. The measures for improving the hot forging mold service life were proposed.
