摘 要:为提高PBS基脂肪族聚酯的综合性能,通过ε-己内酯的开环聚合制备了端羟基的聚己内酯(PCL-OH),再通过熔融缩聚法制备了端羟基的聚(丁二酸丁二醇酯对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)无规共聚物(PBST-OH),用氢化MDI(H12MDI)作为扩链剂,制得了可生物降解的聚酯聚氨酯(PPCLBST).采用核磁共振谱和红外光谱确定了PPCLBST的结构和组成,利用差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪表征了PPCLBST的热性能和结晶性能,采用吸水率测试表征了其亲水性能.结果表明:PPCLBST的结晶主要由PBST-OH段产生,而PCL-OH段无法结晶,随PCL-OH链段含量的升高,其玻璃化温度下降,趋向于无定形态;PPCLBST的热降解分两步进行,第一段为PCL-OH链段的分解,第二段为PBST-OH链段的分解.由于同时含有硬段和软段,PPCLBST具有良好的热稳定性能,且比PBS有更为优良的亲水能力.To enhance the property of PBS-based aliphatic polyester,biodegradable poly(ester urethane) s(PPCLBSTs) were obtained through chain-extension reaction of prepolymers,poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL-OH) and poly(butylenes succinate-co-butylenes terephthalate)(PBST-OH) with H12MDI as chain extender.PCL-OH was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization while PBST-OH was synthesized by melting polycondensation reaction.The structure and composition of PPCLBSTs was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR,the thermal and crystallization properties of PPCLBSTs were investigated by DSC and TGA,and the hydrophilic ability of PPCLBSTs was characterized by water absorption test.The results showed that the crystallization of PPCLBSTs was mainly caused by PBST-OH segments,and it was difficult for PCL-OH segments to crystallize.The glass-transition temperature decreased and was trend to be amorphous for PPCLBSTs as the content of PCL-OH segments increased.The thermal decomposition of PPCLBSTs under went a two-stage process: PCL-OH segments degraded in the first and the PBST-OH segments degraded in the second.PPCLBSTs had good thermal stability and better hydrophilic ability than that of PBS because of hard-segment and soft-segment in one polymer chain.
