摘 要:为提高光催化剂的比表面积,以十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为模板剂,采用水热法制备出系列Mn2+掺杂的CdIn2S4多孔光催化剂.通过XRD、FESEM、UV-Vis、XPS等分析手段对催化剂进行了表征,考察了掺杂Mn2+浓度对多孔CdIn2S4光催剂的形貌结构和可见光催化产氢性能的影响.结果表明,Mn2+掺杂影响催化剂的晶体结构及其微观形貌,掺杂后的CdIn2S4光催化剂产氢活性显著提高,其中Mn2+(0.7%)-CdIn2S4光催化剂表现出最优产氢活性,产氢速率达到1296.2μmol/(h.g).To improve the specific surface area of photocatalysts,a series of Mn^2+ doped porous CdIn2S4 photocatalysts with good optical property were synthesized via a facile hydrothermal process using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as template.The above-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),UV-Vis diffusive reflectance spectroscopy(DRS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the influences of concentration of Mn^2+doping on the morphology and photocatalytic activity of CdIn2S4photocatalysts were investigated.The results demonstrated that Mn^2+ doping had great effects on the crystal structure and micro-morphology.The photocatalytic activity of CdIn2S4was enhanced by Mn^2+ doping,and the highest rate of hydrogen evolution of 1296.2 μmol/(h·g) over Mn^2+(0.7%)-CdIn2S4 was observed.
