摘 要:针对大口径可展开天线中柔性因素带来的展开过程振动问题,提出一种基于滤波的解耦控制方法。利用瑞利—里兹法构造的假设位移场对变形体进行离散,结合拉格朗日方法建立天线的展开过程多柔体动力学模型。根据动力学分析和展开轨迹的谱分析结果,应用低通滤波器将天线运动反馈分解为纯刚体运动和由柔性因素引起的振动两部分。基于机构的瞬时结构分析,将机构基频与结构基频的概念联系起来,并确定滤波的截止频率。针对两部分反馈信号的特点,分别设计刚性控制器和柔性控制器。刚性控制器保证天线按照预先设计的轨迹展开,柔性控制器用于抑制柔性振动产生的影响。讨论两组控制器增益参数的耦合关系,并基于信号能量相关性分析提出控制器增益参数选取的准则。仿真结果说明该方法的可行性和合理性。A decoupling control method based on fast Fourier transform(FFT) filter is presented for deployment control of flexible deployable antennas.The deformable bodies are discretized with hypothesis displacement field structured by Rayleigh-ritz method,and combined with Lagrange method,the flexible multi-body dynamic function of the antenna is established.Considering with dynamic analysis and FFT spectrum analysis of deployment trajectory,a low-pass filter is used to decouple the movement feedback to two separated parts: rigid movement and the vibration caused by flexible factors.Based on instantaneous structure analysis of mechanism,the affiliation of eigen-frequency between mechanism and structure is discussed,thus the cut-off frequency of low-pass filter is determined.Aiming at the characteristics of the two feedbacks,the rigid and flexible controllers are designed.The rigid controller ensures the antenna to deploy as the specified trajectory and the flexible controller restrains the flexible vibration.The coupled relationship of the controller gain parameters between two controllers is discussed and a guide line for parameter selection is proposed based on energy relativity analysis.Numerical simulation of examples is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the method.
