摘 要:斜井井筒结构复杂,井筒内气流携液困难。利用斜井模拟实验装置对斜井携液临界流量进行测试,将实验结果与液滴模型、Belfroid携液模型、液膜模型进行对比,结果表明:理论模型计算出的携液临界流量值比实验测试值大,Belfroid携液模型计算的携液临界流量值随井筒倾角变化趋势与实验测试结果一致。根据实验测试数据,对Belfroid携液模型中的携液临界流速公式系数进行修正,得到斜井携液临界流量修正模型。利用修正模型诊断的气藏斜井积液情况,其诊断结果与采取回声仪诊断液面的结果一致,证明斜井携液临界流量修正模型能较好的预测井底积液情况。As the structure of inclined wells bore is complex, it is difficult to carry liquid by gas flow in well bore. Liquid-carrying critical flow rate of inclined wells is tested by using simulation experiment device of inclined wells. The results were compared with droplet model, Belfroid liquid-carrying model and liquid film model, and it was found out that the liquid-carrying critical flow rate of theoretical model was bigger than that of experimental results while the relationship between liquid-carrying critical flow rate of Belfroid liquid-carrying model and bore inclined angle followed the same rules indicated in experimental results. Based on experi- mental test results, the liquid-earring critical flow rate equation parameter in Belfroid liquid-carrying model was revised and there- fore the revised model of inclined wells liquid-carrying critical flow rate was gained. The revised model was applied to diagnose hy- drops situation of inclined wells, and the diagnosis results was consistent with the results obtained by using echometer to diagnose liquid level, proving that the revised model can better forecast the downhole hydrops situation.
