摘  要:孤岛油田注聚区层内或层间非均质性严重,注聚过程中聚合物易沿高渗孔道窜进,使得部分注入井油压低,对应油井高见聚,严重影响聚合物驱开发效果。针对这一问题,研究应用了冻胶型堵剂和无机颗粒型堵剂。冻胶型堵剂试验结果表明,PAM-BM聚合物对耐盐复合有机铬交联剂的适应性最好,然后对该体系的主段塞及封口段塞进行了优化;而无机颗粒型堵剂研究表明,无机颗粒型堵剂具有较好的悬浮性,注入性能优良,强度较高,有良好的封堵效果。现场应用表明,复合段塞控水封窜技术具有良好的调剖封窜效果。In the polymer flooding areas of Gudao oilfield, heterogeneity was serious within the intrastratal and interlayer and the polymer could easily cone along high-permeability pores. As a result, the oil pressure of some injection wells was low and the corre- sponding oil wells had high polymer breakthrough, which seriously influenced the effect of polymer flooding. To solve this problem, frozen glue plugging agent and inorganic particle plugging agent were studied. The experiment results of frozen glue plugging agent proved that PAM-BM polymer could best adapt to sah-tolerent compound organic chromium crosslinker, then the main slugs and sealing slugs of the system were optimized. The experiment results of inorganic particle plugging agent proved that it had better per- formance in the aspects of suspension, injection, intension and blocking. The field practice showed that the technology of water con- trol and channel blocking with composite slugs had good performance in profile control and channel blocking.
