摘  要:忠武输气管道反输工程改造后,由于气源变化、气量增加,在冬季低温运行时易出现冰堵现象。为此,对比分析了各类天然气水合物防控技术的优缺点,针对西气东输二线管输天然气水露点低,易在管内形成水合物的问题,忠武输气管道各站场目前采用的加热技术和备用甲醇抑制剂方法,不符合健康、安全、环保体系的要求。针对现有技术研究进展和实际生产需求,指出在管输天然气中添加化学抑制剂是解决忠武输气管道水合物冰堵问题的最佳选择,但须对抑制剂进行优选。Due to change of gas source and higher gas throughput, the ice block especially in winter is easy to occur for Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Pipeline after it was reverse transportation process technically reformed. Kinds of natural gas hydrate (NGH) inhibition technology have been compared in this paper. In the light of the NGH formed at lower water dew-point for the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline, compressor stations along the Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Pipeline commonly have to adopt the heating method and methanol to inhibit NGH. However, these mothods do not meet the requirements of HSE. Based on the research progress in control NGH and running consideration of the pipeline, it is pointed out that inhibiter injection to control hydrate is a best choice in removing ice block, but the optimization for inhibiter is still needed.
