摘　　要：法院民事执行工作的混乱、有效监督制度的缺失,使得实践中的大量执行问题难以解决,甚至严重损害法院权威和裁判公信力。通过分析民事执行检察监督的现状、问题、原因,提出相应对策,希望对司法实践及改革有所裨益。The disorder of the civilian implementation together with deficiency of an effective monitoring system can give rise to a large number of implementation issues that appear difficult to solve in practice,or even seriously threaten judicial authority of the court and credibility of the referee.In the hope of benefiting both judicial practice and reform,this paper analyzes status,problems and causes regarding prosecutorial supervision of the civilian implementation,and accordingly suggests countermeasures.
