摘 要:通过改变不同纳米材料的添加量来研究其对伪装涂料表界面性能的影响。本实验选用了纳米CaCO3、SiO2、TiO2、ZnO四种材料分别添加到水性伪装涂料中制备成纳米伪装涂料,利用OCA15+视频光学接触角测量仪,对涂料的表面张力和接触角(钢板和混凝土)进行了测试。结果表明,纳米材料的浓度和涂料表面张力的关系基本符合希士科夫斯基公式的函数关系,但仅适用于纳米材料在低浓度时;纳米SiO2对于改善伪装涂料的表界面性能效果最好。通过添加纳米材料来降低传统伪装涂料的表面张力是保持伪装效果、提高其耐久性和延长使用寿命的有效手段。Through changing the addition amount of different nano-materials, we added 4 kinds of nano-material CaCO3, SiO2, TiO2 and ZnO to water-borne camouflage coatings separate- ly to make nano-material camouflage coatings, and tested the surface tension and contact angle (steel plate and concrete) of coatings on OCA15 + video optical contact angle measuring appara- tus. The results indicate that Szyszkowski formula's fitting effect was the best, namely, the rela- tionship between nano-material's dosage and coatings' surface tension was in accordance with Szyszkowski formula at low dosage of nano-material, and nano SiO2 had the best effect in improving the surface and interface properties of camouflage coatings. To keep camouflage effect, improve its durability and prolong service life-span, an effective measure was found to be the addition of nano-material to reduce the surface tension of traditional camouflage coatings.
