摘  要:以某污水处理厂活性污泥作为种泥,采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)进行反硝化聚磷菌(DPB)培养驯化研究。结果表明,经过厌氧-好氧,厌氧-换水-缺氧,厌氧-缺氧,厌氧-缺氧-短时曝气4个阶段培养驯化,系统出水效果良好:出水PO43--P的质量浓度稳定在0.5 mg.L-1以下,平均除磷率达96%;出水COD稳定在50 mg.L-1以下,平均去除率达77%。DPB占聚磷菌的比例约为65.02%。当投加不同含量的NO3--N时,硝酸盐的含量只影响吸磷速率而不影响吸磷量。当缺氧段DPB体内的PHB为限制因素时,缺氧吸磷过程在不同NO3--N含量下基本相同。Denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria (DPB) was enriched and cultured using activated sludge from a wastewater treatment plant in a set of sequencing batch reactor (SBR). Results showed that through operating stably under the four-step process of anaerobic/aerobic and anaerobic/water-changing/anoxic and anaerobic/anoxic and anaerobic/anoxic/short-time aeration, the system had a good effluent performance. The average removal rate of PO43--P and COD was 96% and 77% respectively when the effluent concentration was below 0.5 mg. L-1 and 50 mg. L-1 respectively. The proportion of denitrifying phosphate removing bacteria to phosphorus accumulating organism was about 65.02% through the four-step process, The rate of pO43-P uptake was affected by the different concentration of NO3--N while the amounts of PO43- -P uptake did not changed with the variety of the nitrite concentration. The change of anoxic PO43- -P uptake process was similar in different nitrite concentration when the PHB was the only limiting factor of the DPB in anoxic stage.
