摘  要:出版软实力是否能够释放与增长,能够有力地在实现中华民族伟大复兴宏伟理想中发挥作用,需要改革者的远见与力度,需要出版者的经营理念和文化责任感,也需要科技的发展与学者的创建。只有打造真正的出版市场主体,激发企业创造性,才能充分挖掘文化潜力;要建立软实力的科学评价指标体系,兼顾"硬指标"与"软指标";要加快构建出版公共文化服务体系,积极推动国民阅读,才能有效扩大软实力的辐射空间。此外,还需要努力增强国际文化融合力,扶植原创,推动文化的多样性。Whether the Publishing soft power can be released and developed so as to play its role in the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation depends the vision and courage of the reformers,the concept of management and cultural responsibility of the publishers as well as the achievements of the science and technologies and the originality of the scholars.Only by building the real subjects of the publishing market and stimulating the creativity of enterprises can the cultural potentials be exploited.Therefore,we should establish the scientific system of the evaluation of the soft power,considering both the "hard indicator" and "soft indicator" so as to accelerate the establishment of a publishing system of public cultural services and actively promote national reading,and finally to effectively expand the space of the soft power radiation;In addition,the international cultural communication,the diversity and originality of the cultural works should also be boosted.
