摘 要:目的:研究山茱萸果核提取液对大鼠离体胸主动脉血管环的影响。方法:采用离体灌流法,经生物信号记录系统,观察山茱萸果核提取液对大鼠离体胸主动脉的舒张作用;测定在L精氨酸(L-Arg)、苯肾上腺素(PE)作用下,山茱萸果核提取液对大鼠离体胸主动脉血管环张力的作用。结果:山茱萸果核提取液可明显舒张血管环,且能拮抗PE对血管环的收缩效应,而与NO供体L-Arg具有协同效应。结论:山茱萸果核提取液对血管环具有明显的直接舒张作用,该机制可能与α肾上腺素受体和NO有关。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of the extracts of Comus officinalis fruit core on isolated thoracic aortic ring of rats. METHODS: Using Isolated perfusion, the extracts of C. officinalis fruit core produced a relaxation on the pre-contractions of isolated thoracicaorta of rats were observed by the biological signal recording system. The effects of the extracts of C. officinalis fruit core on the tension change of vascular rings under L-Arg and PE were determined. RESULTS: The extracts of C. officinalis fruit core produced vasorelaxation of vascular rings significantly and inhibited the contractibility of the vascular rings induced by PE; L-Arg of NO donor cooperated with the extracts of C. officinalis fruit core. CONCLUSION: The extracts of C. officinalis fruit core produced significant vasorelaxation, which may be associated with a-adrenaline receptor and NO.
