摘 要:目的:建立测定杜仲中杜仲醇含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Chromasail C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(8∶92),流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为210nm。结果:杜仲醇进样量在0.4676~5.8450μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.04%,RSD=2.16%(n=9)。结论:本方法简单、稳定、可控性强、重复性好,可用于杜仲中杜仲醇的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To develop the method for the content determination of eucommiol in Eucommia ulmoides. METH- ODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The sample was separated on Chromasail C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water (8:92) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 25 %and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of eucommiol was 0.467 6-5.845 0μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.04% (RSD=2.16%, n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, stable, controllable and repeatable, and it could be used for the content determination of encommiol in Eucommia ulmoide.
