摘  要:以自制的三嗪系成炭发泡剂(CFA)为原料,采用球磨机对CFA进行研磨处理,制得不同粒径的CFA。成炭剂与其他阻燃剂复配加入到聚丙烯(PP)中制备阻燃PP材料,通过氧指数和垂直燃烧测定了材料的阻燃性能,同时还研究了材料的力学性能。结果表明:当CFA的粒径为10μm时,阻燃PP材料显示出最好的阻燃性能;随着CFA粒径的减小,材料的力学性能逐渐提高。同时利用扫描电镜测得了炭层的表面形貌,并对阻燃机理进行了研究。The triazine char-foaming agent (CFA) with different diameters was prepared with the self-made CFA milled by ball mill as raw materials. The CFA was combined with other flame retardants and then was added into PP to prepare the flame retarded PP composites, the flammability of the flame-retardant PP was investigated with oxygen index and vertical burning and the mechanical property was also investigated. The results demonstrate that: the flame retarded PP shows the most excellent flame retardancy when the diameter of CFA is 10 m, and the mechanical properties of flame retarded PP enhances with the decreasing of diameter of CFA. The morphology of the char residues and flame retardant mechanism were studied with scanning electron microscopy.
