45%四螨·苯丁锡悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：[目的]建立一种用高效液相色谱同时测定四螨.苯丁锡的分析方法。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18,150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm不锈钢柱,以乙腈-0.01 mol/L盐酸(内含0.6%氯化钠)溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温(30±2)℃,在215 nm波长下,对四螨.苯丁锡进行定量分析。[结果]四螨嗪线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差0.14,变异系数为0.70%,平均回收率99.85%;苯丁锡线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差0.13,变异系数为0.51%,平均回收率99.60%。[结论]方法具有快速、简便、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。[Aims] The HPLC method for analyzing clofentezine·fenbutatin-oxide suspension agent was established.[Methods] The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution（0.6% sodium chloride）,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18,150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm column was used with column temperature at（30±2） °C and the detection wave length was 215 nm.[Results] The results showed that the linear correlations of clofentezine was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.14,the variation coefficient was 0.70%,the average recovery was 99.85%.the results showed that the linear correlations of fenbutatin-oxide was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.13,the variation coefficient was 0.51%,the average recovery was 99.60%.[Conclusions] The method with the advantages of convenience,fast speed,high precision,accuracy,and good linear correlations,was an ideal analysis method.
