摘  要:[目的]设施黄瓜土壤中农药的残留特性与露地上存在显著的差异。[方法]采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)检测,对比研究了百菌清和毒死蜱在设施土壤和露地上的时间和空间变化。[结果]分析表明百菌清和毒死蜱在设施土壤中的半衰期分别为5.99 d和6.72 d,略长于露地,且残留量与土壤理化性质不存在显著相关性。在东西向的大棚,南侧土壤的农药残留量高于北侧土壤。[结论]设施土壤农药残留量受挥发-沉降等过程影响,较露地体系更为复杂。[Aims] Obvious difference of the pesticides residual features existed between greenhouse soil and open field soil.[Methods] GC-MS method was used to study the spatial and temporal variation features of chlorolthalonil and chlorpyrifos between greenhouse soil and open field soil.[Results] The results showed that the half-lives of chlorolthalonil and chlorpyrifos in greenhouse soil were 5.99 and 6.72 d,respectively,slightly longer than those in open field.Correlation analysis showed that no significant correlation existed between the residue concentrations and soil physiochemical properties.For a transmeridional greenhouse,the chlorolthalonil and chlorpyrifos residues in the south ridges were significantly higher than those in the north ridges.[Conclusions] The pesticides residue concentrations in greenhouse soil were more complex than those in open field due to the process of repetitious volatilization and deposition.
