摘　　要：民族文化事业的发展在民族地方自治、民族地区构建和谐社会、民族地区改变贫困的过程中具有重要的现实意义;民族自治地方政府在促进民族文化事业方面肩负着义不容辞的使命和职责。近年来民族地区文化领域内的非政府组织在一定程度上弥补了政府部门在发展民族文化方面无暇顾及亦无力顾及的领域,本文以元江哈尼族文化学会为例,展开分析本土非政府组织在发展民族文化事业方面的经验。The development of ethnic culture has important practical significance in the process of nauonal local government, building harmonious society in minority areas, shake off minority areas＇ poverty, promote the cause of ethnic culture is the bounden duty and responsibility for the government of national autonomous areas. In recent years, the non-governmental organizations within ethnic culture have make up for the area of ethnic culture development that the government spared little time and cannot take care to some extent, this paper take Yuanjiang Society of Hani Culture as example, analyze the local non-governmental organizations＇ experience in develop ethnic culture.
