摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,数字化传播已成为学术期刊发展的必然趋势.数字化下学术期刊的版权意识、读者角色、出版者角色等都已发生了变化.在新的挑战与机遇面前,要做好数字出版,就必须做好版权保护工作,制定出严格的技术标准,储备必要的技术人才,精选优良的商业运营模式.With the development of science and technology, the spread of digitalization is the trend of development of academic editorial digitalization. The copyright awareness, readers＇ roles and publishers＇ roles are greatly changed for digitalization. Facing the new challenge and opportunities, in order to achieve the digital publishing well, to protect the copyrights, carry out the strictness of technological standards, preserve the technical talents and select the better mode of commercial operation are needed.
