摘　　要：通过对比达涅利(下称DANIELI)和奥钢联(下称VAI)设计制造连铸机所采用不同结构形式的引锭头,从避免引锭早脱、引锭无法脱开、开浇漏钢等环节,提出了相应的应用技巧。According to the different structure types of dummy bar heads on DANIELI and VAI continuous slab casters, the article introduces the relevant application skills put forward for the avoidance of dummy bar disengaging in advance, unable to disengage, and pouring start breakout, thus ensuring no production accident occurred on the dummy bar head since the startup of the continuous slab caster made by Danieli.
