摘　　要：族群冲突是一个既古老又现代的议题,而政治心理学则是不容忽视的重要研究进路。从族群冲突及其进程的心理因素来看,心理因素既可能是族群冲突的诱因,也可能是族群冲突进程中的参与者。对于这一心理基础和心理进程,学界形成了资源竞争论、社会学习理论、权威人格理论等解释路径,并通过自我实现的预言、羡恨交织等学术概念拓展了研究手段。然而各种单一理论无法有效解释复杂多变的族群冲突及其进程,因为复杂的社会事实超越了单一理论的边界和适用范围,这迫使我们采用综合理论来解释复杂事实。但问题在于,不同学者对于不同层面因素的作用给与了不同的权重,对同一案例中不同因素的作用大小甚至也争论不休,这将使得综合理论框架面临内在矛盾。因此,对于族群冲突及其进程中的心理基础,尚需要更为精确的作用机制分析和定量分析。Ethnic groups conflict is a topic which is both ancient and modern, while political psychology is an important research course that can not be ignored. Reviewing from the mental factor of ethnic groups conflict and its course, mental factor may either be the inducement for ethnic groups conflict, or the participant in the conflict course of ethnic groups. As to this mental foundation and mental course, the academia has several ex- planations of resources competition, society study theory, authority personality, etc., and extended research means by the academic concepts of prediction of self - realization, admiring interweaved with hating, etc. How- ever, any single theory can not explain complex and varying ethnic groups conflict and its course, because com- plex social reality surpassed the boundary and adaptable range of single theory, this expels us to explain complex fact with comprehensive theory. But in fact, different scholars gave different weight to the role of the factor in different layer, and even always argued about the degree of the effect of different factors in the same case, which makes comprehensive theory frame face internal contradiction. Therefore, the ethnic groups conflict and mental foundation for its course still need more exact analysis of the effect mechanism and quantitative analysis.
