内蒙古白绒山羊经济性状遗传参数估计研究

摘　　要：采用BLUP和AIREMAL法对内蒙古白绒山羊各经济性状的遗传参数进行了估计。结果表明:产绒量、绒厚、抓绒后体重、毛长、毛细、绒长、绒细、绒毛比的遗传力分别为0.2807、0.1092、0.2751、0.2237、0.2122、0.2245、0.2373和0.2218,均属于中等遗传力。产绒量与绒厚、绒毛比间呈较大的正向遗传相关,遗传相关系数分别为0.5915和0.4277。产绒量与绒厚、抓绒后体重间呈较高的表型正相关,表型相关系数分别为0.6095、0.4970。The genetic parameters of the economic traits of white cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia were estimated by using BLUP（Best Linear Unbiased Prediction） and AIREMAL（AI Restricted Maximum Likelihood） methods.The results showed that the heritabilities of cashmere yield,cashmere thickness,body weight after fleecing,hair length,hair fineness,velvet length,velvet fineness and the ratio of velvet length to velvet fineness were 0.2807,0.1092,0.2751,0.2237,0.2122,0.2245,0.2373 and 0.2218,respectively,and all belonged to the moderate heritability.The cashmere yield had obvious positive genetic correlation with the cashmere thickness and the ratio of velvet length to velvet fineness,and their genetic correlation coefficients were 0.5915 and 0.4277,respectively.The cashmere yield had obvious positive phenotypic correlation with the cashmere thickness and body weight after fleecing,and their phenotypic correlation coefficients were 0.6095 and 0.4970,respectively.
