摘　　要：在互联网业务多元化和目标精准化的新形势下,个体公司想全面发展却遇到了注意力缺失和高成本方面的困难。对合适企业进行战略投资,通过合作以资源互补并促进自身业务发展,解决了上述难题。Under the new situation that the internet business is of diversification and target-precision, one intemet company＇s overall development meets the difficulties of deficit of attention and high cost. One way to solve the above problem is to make strategic investment on the right enterprises. In this way internet company can get complementary resources and promote own business through cooperation.
