摘　　要：本文旨在对珠江三角洲六城市的问卷调查和实地调研的基础上,从科技服务业与制造业的关系出发,理清广东科技服务外包的供需状况,并提出相关政策建议。调查结果表明,总体来说,广东科技服务需求不足,传统科技服务供给难以满足社会需要,高层次科技服务供给内置化于制造业的特点较为明显。因此,广东应实施制造业和科技服务业的"双升级"工程;鼓励制造业企业实行主辅分离;打造科技服务业和制造业的供需对接平台;扶持行业协会建设,塑造科技服务品牌。This article attempts to figure out the situations and problems about the S＆T services outsourcing in Guangdong Province and put forward some suggestions and measures, following an analysis of the six cities in the Pearl River Delta and focusing on the relationship between S ＆ T services and manufacturing industry. The analysis illustrates that the demand of S＆T services is not sufficient, while the traditional S＆T services cannot satisfy the social demand and the advanced S＆T services are obviously embedded into the manufacturing industry. So it is suggested that both manufacturing and S＆T services industry should be upgraded, S＆T services be encouraged to be outsourced, a platform for connecting manufacturing and S＆T services industry should be established, an （inter）industrial association be supported and new-brand industries be developed.
