摘　　要：知识流程外包为广东科技服务业的发展提供了一个难得的机遇。本文从知识流程外包的产生背景及概念界定出发,结合广东科技服务业的发展现状,探讨了承接KPO与广东发展科技服务业的联动机制及表现领域,并提出未来承接知识流程外包促进广东科技服务业发展的政策建议。Knowledge process outsourcing （KPO） services provides an unusual opportunity for development of the S＆T services industry in Guangdong Province. This paper firstly analyzes the emerging background of KPO and defines the concept of KPO. Then, based on the developmental status of S＆T services industry in Guangdong Province, it discusses the fields in- volved and the interactive mechanism between development of S＆T services industry and undertaking of KPO services. Lastly, it proposes some suggestions on undertaking the KPO to promote the S＆T services industrial development in Guangdong Province.
