摘　　要：以绿色建筑、绿色施工的概念为切入点,深入剖析建筑工程绿色施工涵盖的内容及目标;研究绿色施工招标评标体系的框架及思路,构建包含节能、节地、节材、节水和环境保护的绿色施工综合评标技术指标体系,确保评价施工企业绿色施工能力的准确性。This paper makes the concept of green architecture and green construction as the starting point.Then the article analyzes the contents and goals which are covered by architectural engineering green construction.Besides,the article researches the framework and ideas of the green construction bid evaluation system,constructs comprehensive evaluation index system of green construction with ＂four saving and an environmental protection＂—land saving,energy saving,material saving,water saving and environment protection to ensure that the evaluation of the construction companies＇ green construction capacity is accurate.
