摘　　要：二战结束后,美洲国家为了更好地保护地区人权,相继签署了《美洲国家组织宪章》和《美洲人权公约》等区域性人权保护文件,建立起具有美洲特色的区域性人权保护机制。该机制为美洲人权保护提供了有效保障,为其它地区人权保护机制的建立提供了重要参考,因此研究美洲区域性人权保护机制对推动国际人权保护具有重要意义。After world war II, in order to better protect regional human rights, American States have signed ＂charter of the organization of American states＂ and ＂the American human rights convention＂ and other protection files on regional human rights. On this basis, American human rights protection mechanism has been set up. The mechanism plays an important role in effectively protecting regional human rights. And what＇s more, The mechanism provides important reference for other areas to set up mechanism of their own. As a result, it is meaningful for us to make the study of regional human rights protection mechanism for America.
