影响老年人参与居家养老服务评估的因素分析和对策建议——基于居家养老调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：老年人参与服务评估对于居家养老服务发展具有重要作用,但从实践看,当前老年人对居家养老服务的评估参与度不高。本文基于全国城乡居家养老服务的调查数据,分析和判定影响老年人参与居家养老服务评估的因素。首先,根据研究方向建立假设并选取相关变量;其次,对老人参与居家养老评估作整体描述;再次,运用logit回归分析寻找影响老人参与居家养老服务评估的因素。结果发现,家庭规模对老年人参与居家养老服务评估的影响非常显著。最后,文章提出增强家庭抗风险能力、加强法制建设,将居家养老服务的评估考核机制纳入法律框架等政策建议。Seniors＇ participation in the evaluation of home care services plays an important role in the development of home care services,but they seldom actively participate.This study analyzes seniors＇ participation factors from the national data of home care services.The procedures are as follows： first,hypothesis and variables are established and selected;secondly,seniors＇ participation in the evaluation of home care services is comprehensively described;thirdly,the factors are isolated by logit regression analysis.The results show that the factor of family size influences seniors＇ participation significantly.Thus,to improve seniors＇ participation in evaluation of home care services,two measures are recommended： 1） enhance family anti-risks ability and legal system construction;2） incorporate evaluation mechanism of home care services into legal system.
