摘 要:引洮工程对关联区域的可持续发展有十分复杂的影响。界定了引洮工程关联区范围并分析工程实施对关联区生态—经济系统的主要影响,遵照《生态功能区划暂行规程》,通过引洮工程关联区生态环境现状评价、生态环境敏感性评价和生态服务功能重要性评价,依据空间相似性和分异性原则,将引洮工程关联区划分为2个一级生态功能区和7个二级生态功能区,并以此为依据探讨了各区生态—经济系统协调发展的途径和对策。Tao River water diversion project has a complicated impact on the sustainable development of related regions. This paper defined the scope of the regions related to Tao River water diversion project, analyzed the main impacts of the project on the coo-economic system of related regions, and then divided the related regions into two firstclasses and seven second -classes ecological function areas based on the principles of spatial similarity and differences, through evaluating on the status quo and sensitivity of the ecological environment and the importance of ecological services functions of these regions, according to the Provisional Regulations of Ecological Function Zoning. Based on the above, the paper also discussed the countermeasures on coordinately developing the eco - eco- nomic systems in each area.
