摘　　要：蒸汽加热是石化生产中的主要加热方式,大庆石化公司每年因疏水器选型不当造成的蒸汽损失十分巨大。文章介绍了针对生产设备特性选择疏水器类型及计算疏水器容量的方法,并提出对疏水器进行维护的合理化建议。Steam heating is the main heating method for petrochemical production.The steam loss is large in Daqing Petrochemical Company every year because of the wrong selection of steam trap.The method for choosing the steam trap and calculating the capacity of steam trap is introduced and the rationalization proposals are proposed in this paper.
