摘　　要：电子数据交换(EDI)由于具有交易成本低、交易速度快、经济效益高等多方面优势,在国际贸易领域得到广泛传播,成为一种新型的国际贸易形式。通过分析中国有关EDI合同方面的立法现状,指出中国EDI合同立法存在的不足,并提出完善中国EDI合同的立法建议。Due to the advantages of low cost,fast transferring speed and high economic efficiency,electronic data interchange（EDI） has become a new way of international trade to get extensive spread rapidly in the field of international trade.This paper pointed out the deficiencies of EDI law in China through an analysis of the current EDI legislation,and put forward some legislative suggestions for the betterment of Chinese EDI contract law.
