摘　　要：本文是对吴敬琏"社会主义模式论"系列评论的第三篇。基本观点如下:第一,斯大林坚持列宁提出的新经济政策,反"左"反右,主要是反右,实现了建成社会主义社会的政策目标,实现了强国富民的赶超战略。第二,在苏联社会主义社会建设中,斯大林长期坚持利用新经济政策中的积极因素。苏联经济实际上是采用"混合经济体制",其集中性较强,备战色彩较浓,是应对严峻环境的适时选择。特殊的环境和时间因素使斯大林没有来得及对具有"备战"特征的苏联经济进行改革。斯大林强调各国的社会主义建设要根据各自国情进行探索,并不认为苏联是"终结者"。第三,斯大林在《苏联社会主义经济问题》中,总结经验,展开理论分析,主张变革,是他之后一系列更深入的社会主义改革理论和实践行动的奠基人之一。第四,吴敬琏说,斯大林"否定了新经济政策"、"国家迷信"严重等,经不起事实和逻辑的检验。吴敬琏批判和否定"斯大林体制"的目的,是为了否定国有经济,并由此而及其他。This paper is the third article of a serious comments on Wu jing-lian's works 'On Socialism Model'.The basic viewpoints as the following: firstly,Stalin insisted on the new economic policy pointed by Lenin,he opposed both 'left' and right ideologies,especially the right,had achieved the policy goal of constructing a socialist society,realized surpassing strategy that made the people wealthy and the country powerful.Secondly,Stalin persisted in taking advantage of the new economic policy in socialist construction of the Soviet Union.The economy of Soviet Union was actually 'mixed economy system',it had stronger centrality and was full of combat readiness,and was a selection to face severe environment.So Stalin was unable to transform economy of the Soviet Union with combat readiness feature because of special environment and time.Stalin stressed that different countries should seek for socialist construction according to their own situations,he did not think that what had been done in the Soviet Union was the only model.Thirdly in his works 'Socialist Economy of the Soviet Union',Stalin drew lessons from the past,made theoretical and favoured reforms,he was one of founders who probed further into and implemented socialist reform theories.Fourthly,Wu said,Stalin 'had denied the new economic policy ','severely worshiping a country',this will not bear examination of facts and logic.The purpose that Wu criticizes and denies 'Stalin system' is to deny state-owned economy and other correlatives.
