摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem自理模式在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:对87例患者在常规护理的基础上应用Orem自理模式进行护理干预,干预内容包括建立融洽的护患关系、提高患者的心理适应能力、行为干预。结果:患者接受护理干预后抑郁和焦虑程度明显降低,治疗依从性和生活质量明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:运用Orem自理模式可以为经鼻蝶蝶垂体瘤切除术患者提供有效的围术期护理,帮助患者提高治疗依从性和生活质量。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Orem self - care model in the perioperative nursing care of patients with transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. Methods ： The Orem self- care model was applied to 87 patients on the basis of routine nursing care, the nursing intervention included establishing harmonious nurse- patient relationship, improving patients＇psychological adaptation ability and behavior intervention. Results： The patient＇s depression and anxiety levels were significantly reduced, the treatment compliance and quali- ty of life significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of Orem self - care model can provide effective perioperative nursing care for the patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection and help them imprave treatment compliance and quality of life.
