摘　　要：目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治结节性痒疹经验。方法:以医案形式阐述结节性痒疹的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:结节性痒疹的病因病机为湿、毒、瘀蕴结肌肤,肌肤失养。湿、毒既可外侵又可内生,或内外邪相合;瘀为湿毒久聚,入络成瘀。常见证型为热毒湿聚证、肝郁湿阻证及毒聚血瘀证。治疗原则为解毒散结、清热化湿、疏肝解郁、活血化瘀。常用方剂为化湿解毒汤、疏肝除湿汤、化瘀解毒汤。结论:辨证论治结节性痒疹有较好疗效。Objective：To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of nodular prurigo in clinic.Methods：Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of nodular prurigo include evil wetness,toxin,blood stasis,retained to skin and muscle,failure of skin and muscle to be nourished.Evil wetness and toxin not only invade outside but also endogeny,coincide of exterior and interior evil;blood stasis is accumulation on collaterals of evil wetness and toxin.Common pattern of syndromes are syndrome of pyretic toxicity wet accumulation,syndrome of stagnation of liver-QI and dampness obstruction,syndrome of poison accumulation and blood stasis.Treatment principles of nodular prurigo are,diminishing stagnation by detoxification,eliminating heat and damp elimination,disperse the depressed liver-energy and eliminating gloomy,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Frequently used decoction are decoction of dissipating dampness and disintoxicating,decoction of disperse the depressed liver-energy and damp elimination,decoction of eliminating stagnation and neutralize poison.Conclusions：Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for nodular prurigo.
