章真如论阴虚证经验

摘　　要：文章从三个方面对章老关于阴虚证理论的形成、临床特点、治疗原则和临床运用进行了经验总结,指出阴液在人体的重要性,人体因某些原因而产生阴血不足或阴液耗伤,是有其一定规律可循的,据《黄帝内经》"损者益之"、"虚者补之"理论,通过四诊、八纲、脏腑、气血辨证,具体分析正邪消长关系而辨证论治,总结出生津增液、补血、滋填精髓的治疗方法,以达到扶正祛邪,协调阴阳的偏胜偏衰,恢复机体内部的阴阳平衡,帮助病人克服病邪侵害的治疗目的。临床上辨证为阴虚证的患者运用滋阴疗法均获得了很好的疗效。This article from the three aspects of chapter to Master ZHANG about Yin deficiency,the formation of the theory of clinical characteristics,treatment principle and clinical application and summarizes the experience points out the importance of the human body in Yin liquid,the human body for some reason and produce Yin blood shortage or Yin fluid consumption injury,has its certain rules,according to the Yellow Emperor＂the loss of profit＂,＂virtual fill the＂theory,through the four diagnostic methods,the eight principles,organs,blood dialectical,specific analysis and implement boils pendulum between the syndrome differentiation and treatment,summarizes the fluid,blood,oneself fill the treatment of AIDS essence principles to foster,Yin and Yang of the partial wins coordination partial failure,restore the body＇s internal balance of Yin and Yang,help patients overcome the disease and the aim of treatment for infringement,clinical Yin deficiency syndrome differentiation of use for patients with Yin therapy are obtained good effect.
