摘　　要：目的:系统评价岩舒注射液联合化疗方案治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库,检索时间从数据库建库至2011年6月20日,同时辅助其它检索,纳入岩舒注射液联合化疗方案治疗乳腺癌的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCTs)。评价纳入研究的质量并提取资料,并用RevMan 5.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入6篇RCTs,分析结果显示:与单纯化疗方案相比,岩舒注射液联合化疗方案可以提高乳腺癌患者的近期疗效(P<0.001)、改善生活质量(P<0.001)、缓解癌痛(P=0.001)和降低恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应(P<0.001)。结论:岩舒注射液联合化疗方案可提高乳腺癌治疗近期疗效和患者生活质量,缓解癌痛并降低化疗所产生的不良反应,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combining Yanshu injection for patients with breast cancer.Methods：Cochrane library,PubMed,CBM,CNKI and VIP was searched.The search was finished in June 20,2011.RCTs of Yanshu injection plus chemotherapy for breast cancer were included.the quality of included studies were evaluated and analyzed by RevMan 5.0.Results：Six RCTs involving 496 patients were included.meta analysis results suggested that compared with chemotherapy alone,Yanshu injection plus chemotherapy had a statistically significant benefit in healing efficacy（P0.001）,improving quality of life（QOL）（P0.001）.Reducing pain（P=0.001） and gastroenteric reaction（P0.001）.Conclusion：Compared with chemotherapy alone,the Yanshu injection plus chemotherapy could significantly improve the efficiency,QOL,relief the pain and reduce adverse events.
