中药对化疗致白细胞减少症治疗机制研究进展

摘　　要：化疗致白细胞减少症发病率高且危害大。近年来,中药对化疗致白细胞减少症的治疗取得了较好疗效,并且开展了广泛的中药升高白细胞机制的基础研究。文章旨在揭示中药治疗化疗致白细胞减少症的机制。通过检索本领域相关文献进行总结,认为中药治疗化疗致白细胞减少症疗效确切,其机制涉及骨髓细胞增殖周期与凋亡的影响,对造血干细胞/祖细胞功能的影响,对造血微环境与造血调节因子的影响和对骨髓造血组织形态结构的影响等。Leukopenia induced by chemotherapy has high incidence and is harmful.In recent years,Chinese medicine has been proved good effect on leukopenia induced by chemotherapy and there are many basic studies about its mechanisms.This paper aims to reveal treatment mechanism of Chinese medicine treating leukopenia by retrieving the related literature.Its mechanisms involve bone marrow cell proliferation cycle and apoptosis,function of hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic progenitor cells,hematopoietic microenvironment and hematopoietic cytokines,bone marrow hematopoietic tissue morphology and so on.
