两种根管充填剂疼痛反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较Cortisomol根充糊剂和氧化锌丁香油根管充填剂进行根管充填术后疼痛反应发病率的情况。方法:对198颗患牙分别使用Cortisomol根充糊剂和氧化锌根管充填剂进行根管充填,观察其术后反应情Cortisomol根充糊剂是一种比较理想的根管充填剂,可以减少病人痛苦。Objective：To compare the incidence of pain reaction after root canal filling operation by filling Cortisomol Paste and Zinc Clove Oil Paste.Method：Use Cortisomol Paste and Zinc Clove Oil Paste to do the root canal filling operation on 198 sick teeth,respectively.Result：The incidence of pain reaction after root canal filling operation by filling Cortisomol Paste was obviously lower than the Zinc Clove Oil Paste（P0.01）.Conclusion：Relatively speaking,Cortisomol Paste is an ideal root canal filling paste since dentists can alleviate the sufferings of the patients by using it.
