摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对儿童特发性便秘的影响。方法:对12例患儿进行系统的综合护理干预,通过治疗前后症状积分,以观察综合护理干预在特发性便秘患儿治疗中的疗效。结果:治疗后各症状积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义。结论:综合护理干预在特发性便秘患儿治疗过程中有重要作用。Objective：To study the influence of comprehensive care intervention on children with idiopathic constipation.Methods：To intervine twelve cases by comprehensive care.Then to observe the effect of children with idiopathic constipation by symptom scores before and after treatment.Result：Symptom scores obviously lower then that before treatment.It is statistical significant.Conclusion：Comprehensive care intervention is an important role in children idiopathic constipation.
