摘　　要：针对独立学院数理统计教学中存在的问题和学生的实际情况,在教学中突出重点,调整传统的教学顺序,分散难点,由浅入深.简单而直观地解释思想方法,注意对知识的归纳和总结,从而收到良好的教学效果.For the problems that exist in mathematical statistics teaching and the actual situation of the student of independent college, the essentials are highlighted and the conventional sequence is adjusted, the difficulty is scattered and the content is explained from easily to deeply, the method for idea is explained simply and intuitively, the induction and summarization for knowledge are paid attention to. So the good teaching result can be obtained.
