摘 要:针对螺栓连接件疲劳寿命分散性问题 ,对某型飞机机翼主梁上的一种典型螺栓和连接孔进行测量 ,获得栓孔的配合间隙分布数据。并采用考虑间隙影响的 P-δ曲线 ,对螺栓连接件进行寿命估算和验证试验 ,得出相当吻合的结论。为飞机结构关键部位的螺栓连接件设计 。Based on the conclusions of previous test technology for shearing stiffness of bolts, a new type of specimen is designed. Be aimed at the fatigue life dispersivity of bolted fastenings, the distribution of bolt hole clearance is derived by measuring the sizes of typical bolts and holes in wing spars of a certain aircraft, and the distribution interval of the shearing stiffness of the new specimen is obtained by reliability analysis method. The fatigue lifes of the bolt fastenings are not only estimated by using P δ curves affected by tolerance clearance, but also tested by some typical specimens. Both theoretical results are in good agreement with experimental results. The results supply a technical foundation for the design of the bolted fastenings in critical components, especially for the selection of the bolt hole clearance.
