自拟消肿止痛汤治疗膝关节周围骨折术后肿痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟消肿止痛汤治疗膝关节周围骨折术后肿痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝关节周围骨折手术治疗后的患者按随机数字表分为两组,每组30例。两组患者在术后1周内均予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组予自拟消肿止痛汤,对照组予桃红四物汤。观察治疗前后的VAS评分,肿胀程度,HSS评分,进行比较分析。结果:观察组第7d的VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者健侧膝关节基础周径值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组第5d、第7d患侧膝关节肿胀消退程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟消肿止痛汤有良好的止痛和消肿作用,对膝关节周围骨折术后功能恢复有良好的促进作用,且副作用小,安全性高。Objective： To investigate the postoperative swelling and pain since the intended Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction around the treatment of knee fracture clinical efficacy. Methods： 60 cases around the knee fracture surgery patients random number table into two groups, each group of 30 cases. 1 week after surgery, the patients were all given traditional treatment based on the observation group to the control group, I pink self Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction Siwu decoction. Observed VAS scores before and after treatment, the swelling degree, HSS score, a comparative analysis. Results： VAS scores the first 7 days of the observation group than the control group, the HSS score higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the basis of two groups of patients with contralateral knee circumference values were no significant differences （P〉0.05）, the observer group of the 5th day, the 7th day ipsilateral knee swelling extent than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Since proposed Tang Youliang good pain and swelling swelling and pain, postoperative functional recovery and a good role in promoting fracture around the knee, and side effects, safe.
