麦柴四物汤佐治肝郁型高泌乳素血症不孕症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麦柴四物汤佐治肝郁型高泌乳素血症不孕症排卵效果。方法:选择有生育要求的肝郁型高泌乳素血症不孕症患者给予麦柴四物汤配合溴隐亭治疗,并设单用溴隐亭治疗组对照,疗程为3个月经周期。结果:两组患者治疗后PRL均明显降低,治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组间无差异(P>0.05);治疗组症状明显改善,排卵率,生化妊娠率,临床妊娠率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),排卵率和受孕率增加。结论:麦柴四物汤佐治肝郁型高泌乳素血症不孕症能明显降低PRL水平,改善临床症状,提高排卵率,妊娠率。Objective：To observe the effect of Maichai Siwu decoction in treating hyperprolactinemia infertility liver-type.Methods：choose the patients with fertility requirements, Maichai Siwu decoction plus bromocriptine were given;the control group were given bromocriptine only.3 months for a course.Results： Two groups of patients ,PRL were significantly lower after treatment ,the differences were significant （P〈0.05） ; No difference between the two groups P〉0.05; symptoms of the treated group was significantly improved; ovulation rate, biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were increased.Conclusion： Maichai Siwu decoction could reduse PRL,improve clinical symptoms, increase ovulation rate, pregnancy rate.
